The Feast is here!  Come along to the Feast BBQ being run by Stretham Primary School and Open Mic session this evening at the Recreation Ground from 6-8pm.  Performances from village groups SOS and Activ8.  Everyone welcome!

The consultation information on the proposed Outdoor Gym at the Recreation ground is now available for consultation. We look forward to receiving your comments.

Saturday 9th April 2016 – Coffee Morning – 9.30am until 12.00pm, Bric-a-Brac and Book Stall, Homemade Cakes.  All funds raised will go towards the upkeep of the Church – Please call by and enjoy coffee, cake and good company.

Ely’s Eel Day will be on Saturday 30th April this year.  The procession around the Eel Trail starts at 10.30am from Cross Green followed by activities in Jubilee Gardens from 11am to 4.30pm.  Info can be found at www.visitely.org.uk

The Parish Council will be marking the 90^th Birthday of the Queen on 21^st April 2016 by lighting a Beacon in the village.  The event will be held from 7.30-9pm on land close to Berry Green and the Cemetery (will be clearly signposted).  The Beacon will be lit at sunset around 8pm.  One free drink for all those who attend, come along to celebrate.

Come along to the next Feast Committee meeting on Thursday 25th February 2016 at 7.30pm at the Pavilion site vente viagra.  Everyone more than welcome to help plan this important community event happening in May.

Remember to come along to the Opening of the new Ely Road Play Area tomorrow (Friday 12th February) at 3.45pm.  Jean Adamson of Topsy and Tim Books will be there to cut the Ribbon and then children are free to have a first go on all the exciting new equipment!
